MOBILITY

Mobility is the ability to move freely and easily, while stretching is a key way to help achieve this. Mobility training can improve the range of motion of our joints and muscles. It can assist in improving our posture. Mobility training can alleviate ‘everyday’ aches and pains as well as improve our body awareness. Stretching helps reduce the risk of injuries, and enable your muscles to work most effectively. This group class will become one of your favorites – it’s an essential class for any age and ability!

TONE

TONE is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition. This workout will burn calories, tone your entire body, and increase core strength.

STEP

STEP combines basic stepping with moves like burpees, push ups and weight plate exercises to work the upper body. You will raise your heart rate and burn calories! There are options for low impact or higher depending on your fitness needs.

ZUMBA

Zumba is a program consisting of dance and aerobic exercise routines performed to popular music. Mixes low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. It is a total workout, combining all elements – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility.

STRONG BY ZUMBA

Strong by Zumba combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric moves synced to music. Get ready to burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are combined with lunges, squats, and kickboxing.

PIYO

PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. And, we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined.

HIIT

HIIT is 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. With three varying workout types, Strength, Cardio, and Plyometrics, you will be pushed by our instructors. You will improve strength, build lean muscle, increase speed and maximize calorie burn.

CORE

CORE is a challenging thirty minute class that targets your core – from your knees to your shoulders! It’s all about building core strength, improving functional fitness of the abdominals, mid-section, and glutes.

Blow off stress while burning calories in this workout. Take out any frustrations you have on the bag while learning to punch and kick; you’ll feel relieved and accomplished when you’re done!

KID’S FIT

The goal for Kids Functional Fitness is to develop and improve general physical fitness in order to prepare kids to be safe in sports…and of course to have fun! We will start class every day with some stretching and go over some basic CrossFit foundational movements. We will have a WOD (Workout of the Day) and end the class with a fun game. For ages 4 and up, this class will introduce children to proper form for exercising, and help keep them active!
